Topsoil is the very basic ingredient of every landscape, garden, and planting project. Topsoil is not just dirt, it also contains water, air, and organic material such as humus loam and compost. A minimum of 3 inches of topsoil is recommended for grass, plants, trees and shrubs, giving them enough room for root survival. At Kings we will calculate how much topsoil is needed, and provide the topsoil, delivery and installation.

Quality grass seed is different from regular grass seed.  There is no “standard” lawn. Whether your lawn is shaded or sunny we will customize the proper blend of seed for your property.
